摘要
在高等教育规模持续扩大的背景下,财经类高校本科人才培养机遇和挑战并存。从转变人才培养观念,以内涵式理念为指导思想,指出人才培养模式改革的重要性和必要性。从课程设置、校校合作与校企合作、素质教育三个方面提出加快财经类本科人才培养模式的创新策略。
Finance and economics university undergraduate cultivation faces opportunities and challenges in the context of higher education continues to grow. This article starts with the changes in undergraduate training concept which bases on connotative ideology, then points out the importance of the undergraduate training mode reform. Finally, the paper also puts the strategy of accelerating the undergraduate training model innovation from three aspects： the setting of the curriculum, cooperation between school and the school and enterprise cooperation, quality education.
