微信平台翻转课堂联合CBL教学法在心外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

Application of WeChat Platform Flipped Classroom Combined with CBL Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Cardiac Surgery Residents

摘要 目的 探讨微信平台翻转课堂联合基于案例式学习(case-basedlearning,CBL)教学法在心外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法 选取某三甲医院心外科2019年2月1日-2020年4月30日参与住院医师规范化培训118名学员为研究对象,根据心外科教学模式的不同分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用微信平台翻转课堂联合CBL教学法。培训结束后进行客观知识考核和问卷课程满意度调查,比较2组教学效果。结果 观察组学员的临床技能操作和病例分析成绩均高于对照组(91.10±4.51分与83.21±5.44分和89.25±3.22分与81.40±2.85分),差异具有统计学意义;2组学员基础理论知识无统计学差异(87.35±2.59分与86.48±2.99分)。观察组在激发学习热情、锻炼临床思维等6个方面培训效果及总体教学模式的满意度(85.00%与63.79%)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 微信平台翻转课堂联合CBL教学法能有效提高心外科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量并提高教学满意度。 Objectives This study aims to explore the application effect of W eChat platform flipped classroom combined with the case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the standardized training teaching of cardiac surgery residents.Methods A total of 118 medical students who participated in the standardized training of residents from February 1",2019 to April 30",2020 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into a control group(n=58)and an observation group(n=60)according to the different teaching modes.The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught using flipped classroom combined with W eChat and CBL teaching method.Examination and questionnaire course satisfaction surveys were used to evaluate the teaching effects of the two groups after the training.Results The scores of clinical skills operation and case analysis in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group[(91.10±4.51)vs(83.21±5.44),(89.25±3.22)vs(81.40±2.85)](P<0.01).There was no significant difference in basic theoretical knowledge scores between the two groups[(87.35±2.59)vs.(86.48±2.99),P=0.094].The scores of the.observation group were higher than the scores in the control group in the six aspects of training effects such as stimulating learning enthusiasm and exercising clinical thinking,and the satisfaction of the overall teaching mode(85.00%and 63.79%),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions W eChat platform flipped classroom combined with the CBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality of standardized training for cardiac surgery residents and improve teaching satisfaction.
