摘要
目的探索微信平台联合PBL教学在不同专业背景麻醉护士教学中的应用。方法将两组不同专业背景的麻醉护士(麻醉专业护士和普通专业护士)分为两组,进行为期6个月的专业知识和技能培训,培训期间除了一周一次的传统的课堂教学,主要采用微信平台联合PBL的教学方法,鼓励学员自主学习,培训结束后进行理论和技能考核,比较两组学习效果、积极性和教学满意度。结果经过6个月的培训后,两组的学习成绩和操作技能考核满意,组间比较差异没有统计学意义,学习积极性和教学满意度都较高。结论微信平台联合PBL教学是培养不同专业背景麻醉护士的有效方法之一。
Objective To explore the application of Wechat platform combined with PBL in the teaching of anesthesia nurses with different professional backgrounds.Methods Two groups of nurses with different professional backgrounds(anesthesia professional nurses and general professional nurses)were divided into two groups.They were trained in professional knowledge and skills for 6 months.During the training period,besides the traditional classroom teaching once a week,the teaching method of Wechat Platform and PBL was mainly used to encourage students to study independently.After the teaching,they were assessed.The learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of teaching,the two groups were satisfied with the assessment of their academic performance and operational skills.There was no significant difference between the two groups,and their learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction were higher.Conclusion Wechat platform combined with PBL teaching is one of the effective methods to train anesthesia nurses with different professional backgrounds.
