摘要
每一种教育实践都有其“哲学”,中小学班级管理的有效运作离不开对其蕴含的“政治哲学”的揭示与解释。将“制度公正“”审议民主“”个人权威”的政治哲学取向存在于中小学班级管理过程中的“功能”与“位序”进行复合性、全面化阐述,是再论中小学班级管理的政治哲学的独特之处与关键所在。其中,个人权威的建塑是班级管理有序的根基、制度公正的确立是班级管理有理的保证、审议民主的选择是班级管理有道的支撑。为充满不确定性的班级管理寻得相对确定且有效的实践范型,要建塑教师班级监管的有限权威、权威引领下强化弹性班规落实、班规约束下重构师生民主生活,进而“让权威在制度中民主运作”。
Since every educational practice has its“philosophy”, the effective operation of primary and secondary school class management is inseparable from the disclosure and interpretation of its“political philosophy”. The uniqueness and key of this political philosophy is to comprehensively expound the“function”and“order”of the political philosophy orientation of“institutional justice”,“deliberative democracy”and“personal authority”in the process of primary and secondary school class management. Among them, the construction of personal authority is the foundation of orderly class management, the establishment of institutional justice is the guarantee of right class management, and the choice of deliberative democracy is the support of competent class management. Class management is full of uncertainty. In order to find a relatively definite and effective practical model, it is necessary to build the limited authority of teachers’ class supervision, strengthen the implementation of flexible class rules under the guidance of authority, and reconstruct the democratic life of teachers and students under the constraints of class rules, so as to“let the authority operate democratically in the system”.
