班级民主选举公共性的缺失及回归 被引量:2

摘要 作为教育民主实践,班级民主选举应体现公共性理念。现实的班级民主选举呈现出表演型竞选、娱乐型投票、垄断式分配的样态,破坏了班级民主选举的公共性,违背了班级民主选举应有的教育性立场。班级民主选举公共性缺失的原因有四:缺乏对班级民主选举的沉思;未成熟的班级公共领域;拒绝共同言说的原子式个体;背离教育性立场的教育资源分配逻辑。因而,彰显班级民主选举的公共性,教师应做到:创生班级公共领域;加强对班级民主选举活动中言说内容与方式的指导;坚守教育性立场以维护教育的育人性与正义性立场;改革现有的班级民主选举模式,实施良性竞争与公共关怀并重的班级委员选拨方式。 As a democratic practice of education,student class democratic election should embody the concept of publicness.But in reality,the existing st udent election shows following characteristics,such as performance campaign,entertainment voting,and monopolistic distribution.It undermines the publicness of student class democratic election,and violates the educational content of student class democratic election.This paper finds four reasons that causes the lack of publicness,including the lack of contemplation on student class democratic election,the immature public sphere in the class,Atomic individuals who refuse speaking together and violating the logic of educational distribution which should obey the principle of education.In order to manifest the publicness of student class democratic election,the paper suggests teachers implementing the following measures:promoting the class-based public sphere;st rengthening the guidance of what to say and how to say;guarding the principle of education and justice;reforming the model of st udent class democratic election,and implementing a method which combines benign competition and public concern to elect class committee.
