摘要
“双高计划”背景下高职院校青年教师教学能力存在着培养模式单一、专业发展内在动力不足、科研能力有待提高及教学反思能力欠缺等问题。高职院校应结合学校自身的实际情况,制定有效的机制,健全青年教师培养机制,完善培训体系,开展多种形式的技能培训,深化产教融合,鼓励企业深度参与青年教师的锻炼培养。青年教师对自己要有准确的定位,强化终身学习的意识,培养创新思维,提升创新能力,提高自己在教学、管理、科研等方面的能力。
Under the background of“Double High Plan”,there are some problems in the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as single training mode,lack of internal motivation for professional development,lack of scientific research ability and teaching reflection ability.Higher vocational colleges should formulate effective mechanisms,improve the training mechanism for young teachers,improve the training system,carry out various forms of skill training,deepen the integration of industry and education,and encourage enterprises to deeply participate in the training of young teachers.Young teachers should have an accurate position on themselves,strengthen the consciousness of lifelong learning,cultivate innovative thinking,enhance innovative ability,improve their ability in teaching,management,scientific research and other aspects.
