摘要
新《职业教育法》的实施,给基础课教师关键能力的提升带来了机遇和挑战,这既是职业教育发展的需要,基础课教师成长的需要,培养高素质技术技能人才的需要,也是校企深度融合的需要。职业教育的跨界特征,决定了基础课教师应具备多学科视野,培养兼具理论研究与实际操作的关键能力,主要包括:终身学习能力,创新能力,信息技术应用能力,校企合作能力等。教师关键能力的提升主要依靠政府、企业、学校的共同推动以及自我思想观念的转变。
The implementation of the new Vocational Education Law has brought opportunities and challenges to the improvement of basic course teachers' key abilities.This is not only the need for the development of vocational education,the need for the growth of basic course teachers,the need for training high-quality technical and skilled personnel,but also the need for the deep integration of schools and enterprises.The cross-border characteristics of vocational education determine that teachers of basic courses should have a multi-disciplinary perspective and cultivate the key abilities of both theoretical research and practical operation,mainly including:lifelong learning ability,innovation ability,information technology application ability,school-enterprise cooperation ability,etc.The improvement of teachers' key abilities mainly depends on the joint promotion of the government,enterprises and schools,as well as the transformation of their own ideas.
