摘要
教师实践教学能力的不断提升是培养应用型经管专业人才的重要保证。经管专业教师实践教学能力以经管专业知识为基础,包含实践教学设计能力、实践教学组织能力和实践教学评价能力。目前,由于教学理念、教学难度、师资来源、激励机制等因素的制约,经管专业教师实践教学能力普遍偏低。为了培养满足社会需要的应用型经管专业人才,应该从更新办学理念、组织教学研究、借力产学研合作、健全考评体系等多个途径入手,切实促进经管专业教师实践教学能力的提升。
The continuous promotion of the teacher’s practical teaching ability is very important to foster practical talents of eco-nomic management.The teacher’s practical teaching ability majored in economic management is based on professional knowl-edge ,and is combined with the ability of practical teaching design ,organization and evaluation.Nowadays ,the practical teaching ability of economic management teachers is general on the low side ,which is hindered by some influential factors ,such as teach-ing philosophy ,teaching difficulty ,teaching staff source ,inspiriting mechanism and so on.In order to enhance the improvement of practical teaching ability and foster practical talents of economic management who can meet the demand of the social develop-ment ,we must adopt effective measures ,for example ,we should renew teaching philosophy ,organize more seminars discussing practical teaching ,promote industry -academy -research cooperation ,perfect evaluating system.
