摘要
高职院校青年教师到企业实践锻炼还面临很多难题,如学校缺少激励政策、考核管理不科学、时间无法保证等。要提高青年教师到企业实践锻炼的实效,学校必须制订周密的派遣计划并严格执行,制订激励倾斜政策,做好跟踪服务与管理工作。
The young teachers of higher vocational schools go to business practice still face with many challenges,such as the lack of incentive policies,the assessment and management isn't scientific,time can not be guaranteed,and so on.To improve the effectiveness of training of young teachers in enterprises,the schools should develop a sound dispatching plan and strictly implement the plan,develop incentives preferential policies and do well in the work of tracking service and management.
