摘要
目的探究案例教学法在神经内科护理带教中的应用对教学质量的影响。方法选取2021年2月-2022年2月在天津医科大学第二医院实习的20例神经内科护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为观察组和对照组各10例,观察组实施案例教学法,对照组实施常规教学方式,比较干预后两组的教学效果各项指标。结果观察组考核成绩各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分远高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法在神经内科护理带教中,具有显著的应用价值,能提高教学质量,值得研究和推广。
Objective To explore the application of case teaching method in neurology nursing teaching on teaching quality.Methods Twenty nursing interns of neurology department in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number grouping method,with 10 cases in each group.The observation group implemented the case teaching method,and the control group implemented the conventional teaching method.Results The scores of all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method in neurology nursing teaching,has significant application value,can improve the quality of teaching,worthy of research and promotion.
