摘要 目的 探讨任务驱动式案例教学法在呼吸科临床护理教学中的应用效果,旨在提高教学质量。方法 选择2016年6月1日-2017年5月31日在某三甲医院呼吸科实习的学生134人,按实习时间先后顺序分别设置2016年6月1日-2016年11月30日实习的学生65人为对照组,2016年12月1日-2017年5月31日实习的学生69人为观察组。对照组采用传统的带教模式,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上应用任务驱动式案例教学法进行临床实践教学。观察2组考核成绩及临床教学效果反馈情况,对观察组教学评价进行问卷调查。结果 培训后观察组学生理论考核成绩为93.01±3.72分,综合技能考核成绩为95.60±3.89分,对照组学生理论考核成绩为91.00±3.91分,综合技能考核成绩为94.45±3.39分,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组学生对任务驱动式案例教学法的临床教学效果反馈为90.25±4.28分,对照组学生的临床教学效果反馈为83.47±4.54分,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,观察组学生的教学评价各项目分值得分均>9分,表示学生对任务驱动式案例教学法持肯定态度。结论 任务驱动式案例教学法有助于培养学生临床综合能力及学生学习兴趣的提高。任务驱动式案例教学法可在呼吸科临床护理教学中产生较好的效果,有助于提高临床教学质量,值得推广。 Objectives To explore the application and effects of task driven-case teaching method in nursing clinical practice.Methods During June 1st,2016 to May 31st,2017,134 nursing students in respiratory department in our hospital were selected as the sample.According to the sequence of practice time,they were set as control group and observation group.Task driven-case teaching was applied into the observation group,while traditional teaching method was applied into the control group.The two groups used the same materials,and were taught by the same teacher team during the clinical practice.Students’ knowledge and practical skills were evaluated using theory exams and operation tests were analyzed between the two groups.The tools included questionnaire for teaching satisfaction.Results The examination score of the theoretical knowledge and skills in the observation group was 93.01±3.72 and 95.60±3.89,which was higher than that in the control group of 91.00±3.91 and 94.45±3.39,which had statistical difference.The observation group’s feedback on the clinical teaching effect of the task-driven case teaching method was 90.25±4.28,and the control group’s clinical teaching effect feedback was 83.47±4.54.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The average score for teaching effect was more than 9.Which indicated that students had a positive attitude towards the task-driven case teaching method.Conclusions Task driven-CTM could significantly improve students’ ability and their learning interest.It also improved the quality of clinical teaching.
