案例结合情景模拟教学法在胸部内科护理教学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的将案例与情景模拟教学联合应用于胸部内科的护理教学中的应用效果分析。方法选取2017年10月—2019年6月在该院胸部内科实习的92名学生,根据抽签法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组46名。对照组实施传统护理教学模式,试验组实施案例与情景模拟相结合教学模式,比较两组学生在出科时的考试成绩和对教学质量的评价。结果试验组学生理论考试(35.59±5.16)分、实践考试(36.51±3.23)分、平时表现(17.25±2.23)分和总分(89.35±10.62)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学生满意度95.65%明显高于对照组80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例结合情景模拟教学法在胸部内科临床护理教学应用效果显著,可显著提高实习护生考试成绩和教学满意度,值得教学中推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying case and scenario simulation teaching to nursing teaching in chest medicine.Methods From October 2017 to June 2019,92 students who took an internship in chest medicine in the hospital were randomly divided into a test group and a control group according to the lottery method,with 46 students in each group.The control group implemented the traditional nursing teaching model,and the test group implemented the teaching model combined with case simulation to compare the test scores of the two groups of students when they leave school and evaluate the teaching quality.Results The scores of the students in the experimental group were(35.59±5.16)points,the scores of the practical test(36.51±3.23)points,the usual performance(17.25±2.23)points and the total score(89.35±10.62)points were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The student satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,80.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case combined with the situation simulation teaching method has a significant effect in the application of clinical nursing teaching in chest medicine,which can significantly improve the examination scores and teaching satisfaction of practical nursing students,and it is worthy of promotion and application in teaching.
