摘要
随着知识经济的到来和社会的加速发展,近年来各用人单位对大学生的社会实践能力和创新能力方面的要求越来越高,传统的高校教学模式在大学生能力培养中的弊端和不足也日益暴露出来。因此,本文提出一种新的教学模式,这种教学模式将案例教学、情景模拟、社会实践三者有机地结合起来,突出以大学生能力培养为目标,以情景模拟为核心,改变传统的理论灌输的教学模式,注重培养大学生的实践能力和创新能力。
As the advancing of knowledge economy and society＇s accelerated development in recent years, the contradiction between the needs of society for talents and university students＇ social practice ability is more and more prominent, and is especially clear in college students＇job searching process. Most of the employing units raise their requirement for college students ＇ social practice ability and innovation ability. So the traditional college teaching mode＇s shortcoming is obviously exposured. The paper proposes a new teaching mode which combines case teaching, scene simulation with social practice, takes ability training as the core, emphasizes the cultivation of college students＇ practical ability and creative ability.
