摘要
研究生综合素质培养是研究生教育的核心。笔者就研究生综合素质的定义进行了详细阐述,通过分析当前研究生素质教育中存在的弊端和不足,提出自己的几点建议。
Comprehensive quality training of graduates is the core concept of graduate education. This article elaborates on the definition of comprehensive quality training, then analyzes the faults of current quality training on graduate education. Some personal suggestions are also provided.
