摘要
目的 掌握河南省外来妇女的人群特征,了解该人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为艾滋病(AIDS)防治策略制定提供依据。方法 对1998年以来由外省或外国迁入河南省并与当地居民结婚或同居的18岁及以上外来妇女进行调查,采用方便抽样法抽取样本进行HIV抗体检测。结果 本次调查共排查出外来妇女55 551人,其中外省妇女50 997人,主要来源于贵州和云南,外籍妇女4 398人,主要来源于缅甸和越南。外来妇女HIV感染率为0.38%(84/21 964),其中,外省妇女HIV感染率为0.18%(36/19 552),阳性者籍贯主要为云南(占52.78%);外籍妇女HIV感染率为2.02%(48/2 371),阳性者主要来源于缅甸(占79.17%),外籍妇女与外省妇女HIV感染率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=192.226,P<0.01)。结论 河南省外籍妇女HIV感染率较高,存在造成艾滋病二代传播的风险。河南应加强外来妇女的监测和对阳性外来妇女的随访管理,控制HIV的传播。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and HIV infection status of immigrant women in Henan province, and provide evidence for formulating AIDS prevention strategy. Methods The survey was conducted in immigrant women aged≥18who had moved into Henan from other provinces or abroad, and married or cohabited with local residents since 1998. The sample was drawn from subjects through convenience sampling for HIV antibody testing. Results A total of 55 551 immigrant women were investigated. There were 50 997 women from other provinces, mainly from Guizhou and Yunnan, and 4 398 foreign women,mainly from Myanmar and Vietnam. HIV infection rate among immigrant women was 0.38%(84/21 964). HIV infection rates among women from other provinces and foreign women were 0.18%(36/19 552) and 2.02%(48/2 371), respectively. Of the HIV-infected women from other provinces, 52.78% immigrated from Yunnan, and 79.17% of HIV-infected foreign women were from Myanmar. There was a statistically significant difference of HIV infection rate between foreign women and women from other provinces(χ^(2)=192.226,P <0.01). Conclusion HIV infection rate among foreign women was relatively high in Henan province, which would lead to a risk of second-generation HIV transmission. Henan should strengthen the monitoring of immigrant women and enhance the follow-up management of HIV-infected immigrant women to control the spread of HIV.
