摘要
近年来,随着社会的不断变化发展,企业对于应用型人才的需求量呈现出不断增加的趋势,对人才素质的要求越来越高。这就需要高校对学生进行专业的技术培训和教育,校企合作便是一种重要的模式。校企合作于学校而言,能够大幅度提高学生就业水平,提升学生综合素质,并且能够使教师水平整体性的提高;于企业而言,可以优先获取具备优秀技能的人才,也可以间接获得更大的经济效益和竞争实力。该文以衡水学院为例,分析了校企合作目前存在的问题,并深入探讨了校企合作的途径和方法。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the society,the demand of enterprises for applied talents has shown a trend of increasing,and the requirements for the quality of talents have been constantly improved.This requires us to carry out professional technical training and education for talents,and school-enterprise cooperation is an important model.School-enterprise cooperation with schools can greatly improve the employment level of students,improve the comprehensive quality of students,and improve the overall level of teachers;For enterprises,it can give priority to acquiring talents with excellent skills,and also indirectly obtain greater economic benefits and competitive strength.This paper takes Hengshui University as an example to analyze the existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation,and deeply discusses the ways and methods of school-enterprise cooperation.
