摘要
深化产教融合人才培养模式改革是我国高职教育专业人才培养的主旋律。高职教育人才培养模式从"校企合作、工学结合"到"产教融合、校企合作"的转变,标志着高职教育人才培养模式改革由"工作世界"向"产业世界"的深化与升级,凸显和确立了我国高职教育人才培养的阶段性发展特征与类型特色。当前,产教融合模式的改革正在经历由模式框架体系建构的外延发展向模式内部功能提升的内涵发展转变,即由"形式符号"向"内容符号"转变。伴随中国特色社会主义进入新时代,特别是基于质量时代、智能化时代和量子时代的叠加影响,高职产教融合人才培养模式面临"质量变革"、"技术变革"和"思维变革"。其中,质量变革是质量时代产教融合人才培养改革的重要标识,技术变革是智能时代产教融合转型升级的内在诉求,思维变革是量子时代产教融合模式改革实践创新的关键。基于此,文章从探索产教融合新理论、推动产教融合思维变革、开展产教融合重点领域改革等三个方面提出以思维变革引领产教融合人才培养模式创新的改革发展路径。
Deepening revolution of industry-education integration talents training mode is the theme of cultivating educational professional in China's higher vocational colleges. The transition of higher vocational education talents training mode from "school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination" to "industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation" marked deepening and upgrading of the mode revolution from "work world" to "industrial world", which highlighted and established stage development characteristics and type features of China's higher vocational education talents training. Currently, the revolution of industry-education integration mode is going through transition from model frame system-built extension development to mode internal functions-improved connotative development, namely, from "formal symbol" to "content symbol". As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, especially under the cumulated influences of quality era, intelligence era and quantum era, the industry-education integration talents training mode of higher vocational education is faced with "quality change", "technological change" and "thinking change". Among the three, quality change is an important sign of industry-education integration talents training revolution in the quality era, technological change is an internal demand of industry-education integration transformation and upgrading in the intelligent era, and thinking change is the crucial to revolution, practice and innovation of industry-education integration mode in the quantum era. On this basis, a revolution and development path of industry-education integration talents training mode innovation led by thinking change was proposed by exploring new theory of industry-education integration, promoting thinking change of industry-education integration and performing key field revolution of industry-education integration.
