摘要
区域中高职一体化是旨在扩大区域优质职教资源辐射范围、促进区域职业教育整体发展和构建区域性职教发展共同体的制度创新,有利于提供更为优质均衡的职业教育资源供给、促进人的能力共同发展和支撑区域共同富裕,成为面向共同富裕的区域职业教育改革方向。区域中高职一体化当前仍处于初步探索阶段,其发展面临区域优质资源辐射如何从专业向院校跃升、区域资源发展质量如何从非均衡发展迈向均衡发展、区域发展共同体如何从局部走向整体等挑战。为此,区域中高职一体化需要拓展优质资源辐射范围、完善高质量资源生成机制、构建区域性发展共同体,为区域共同富裕提供职业教育的行动方案。
Regional secondary and higher vocational education integration is an institutional innovation aimed at expanding the radiation scope of regional high-quality vocational education resources,promoting the overall development of regional vocational education and building a regional vocational education development community.Regional secondary and higher vocational education integration is conducive to providing high-quality,balanced vocational education resources,promoting the common development of capacity and supporting regional common prosperity,and becoming a regional vocational education reform trend oriented to common prosperity.Regional secondary and higher vocational education integration is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and its development faces challenges such as how to leap from the major level to the college level,how to move regional resource quality from unbalanced development to balanced development,and how to move regional development community from part to whole.To this end,regional secondary and higher vocational education integration needs to expand the radiation scope of high-quality resources,improve the high-quality resource generation mechanism,build a regional development community,and provide vocational education action plans for regional common prosperity.
