摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是新时代职业教育服务乡村振兴的价值遵循和实践要求。当下,职业教育服务乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴,分别为实现共同富裕提供物质基础、动力支持、精神支撑、环境支柱、政治保证。然而,职业教育趋近城市的区域布局阻碍全域富裕进程,以第二、三产业为主的专业布局阻滞全面富裕进程,农业产业服务能力有限导致从共建共享达致共富进程受阻,三者负向叠加使得职业教育服务乡村振兴助力共同富裕的实践遭遇现实壁垒。为强化职业教育服务乡村振兴助力共同富裕,需从“生源—资源—质量”切入,由政府、企业和职业院校多主体协同优化乡村创业就业环境,刺激返乡入乡人员技术技能学习需求;构建资源配置优化机制,促进职业教育资源配置的均衡化;强化职业院校产教融合能力,提升农民职业教育质量。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and it is the value and practical requirement of vocational education to serve rural revitalization in the new era.At present,vocational education serves revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organization,respectively,to provide a material foundation,power support,spiritual support,environmental pillar,and political guarantee for the realization of common prosperity.However,the regional layout of vocational education close to the city hinders the process of regional affluence,the professional layout that mainly focuses on the secondary and tertiary industries hinders the process of comprehensive affluence,and the limited service capacity of the agricultural industry leads to the obstruction of the process of achieving common prosperity from the standard construction and sharing,and the negative superposition of the three makes the practice of vocational education serving rural revitalization to promote the common prosperity encounter realistic barriers.In order to strengthen vocational education serving rural revitalization,we need to start from the source of students-resources-quality to optimize the rural entrepreneurship and employment environment by the government,enterprises and vocational colleges,and to stimulate the demand for technical skills learning for returnees to join the rural;to build a mechanism for optimizing the allocation of resources,and to promote the balanced allocation of vocational education resources;and to strengthen the capacity of vocational colleges for the integration between industry and education,and to improve the quality of farmers'vocational education.
