摘要
职业教育承载多维价值,是民族地区推进乡村振兴的关键力量。民族地区职业教育遵循以培养“现实的人”为价值目的、以“反贫”与阻止“返贫”为价值功能和以“扎根乡土”为价值实践的教育逻辑,并通过人存在的五种状态直接或间接服务乡村振兴,与乡村振兴表现出五重向度的价值耦合。因此,要构建“五维一体”的实践联动体系,以教育扶智、技术赋能、载体创新、场域变革和秩序重构全方位推动乡村人才振兴、产业振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴与组织振兴。
Vocational education carries multi-dimensional values and is a key force in promoting rural vitalization in ethnic areas.Vocational education in ethnic areas follows the educational logic of cultivating“realistic people”as the value goal,“anti-poverty”and preventing“returning to poverty”as the value function,and“rooting in the countryside”as the value practice.Vocational education in ethnic areas directly or indirectly serves rural vitalization through the five states of human existence,and represents the value coupling of“five dimensions”with rural vitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to build a“five-dimensional integration”practice system,and to promote the vitalization of rural talents,industries,culture,ecology and organization in an all-round way through education enriched wisdom,technology empowerment,carrier innovation,field changes,and order reconstruction.
