摘要
为提高船舶建造项目后评价中专家评价信息融合结果的准确性,建立一种基于云模型的船舶建造项目综合效果评价方法。采用偏差熵模型计算专家的一致性判断矩阵,再通过模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)确定指标权重;基于犹豫模糊语言术语集和云模型特征参数,量化评价信息的模糊性和不确定性,建立船舶建造项目综合效果评价云模型,通过云模型计算得到云图即可评价船舶建造项目的综合效果。分析表明:偏差熵模型可用于计算专家对一致性意见的贡献度,提高指标权重计算的准确性;基于犹豫模糊语言术语集的云模型评价方法能兼顾评价信息的模糊性和不确定性,减少专家经验差异对评价结果的影响,适用于船舶建造项目的综合效果评价。
In order to improve the accuracy of expert evaluation information fusion results in the shipbuilding project post-evaluation,a comprehensive effect evaluation method based on the cloud model is established.The consistency judgment matrix of experts is calculated by the deviation entropy model,and then the weights of indices are determined by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Based on the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set and the characteristic parameters of the cloud model,the fuzziness and uncertainty of evaluation information are quantified.Then the cloud model for the comprehensive effect evaluation of shipbuilding projects is established.The comprehensive effect of shipbuilding projects can be evaluated by the cloud charts obtained through cloud model calculation.The analysis shows the following:the deviation entropy model can be used to calculate the contribution of experts to consensuses and improve the accuracy of index weight calculation;the cloud model evaluation method based on the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set can take into account the fuzziness and uncertainty of evaluation information,reduce the impact of expert experience differences on evaluation results,and is suitable for the comprehensive effect evaluation of shipbuilding projects.
