摘要
针对灭火救援决策效能评估中存在的模糊性和随机性的问题,提出基于云模型的灭火救援决策效能评估方法。在分析灭火救援决策效能构成要素的基础上确定了灭火救援决策效能评估指标体系;通过专家咨询建立优选指标的权重云,采用指标近似法确定效能评估的标准云;依据求综合云的方法得出评估结果。通过实例验证,运用云模型对灭火救援决策效能进行综合评估的效果较好。
Aiming at the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation of the effectiveness of firefighting and rescue decision making, a method for evaluating the effectiveness of fire rescue decision making based on cloud model is proposed. The evaluation index system of firefighting and rescue ：decision effectiveness is determined on the basis of analysis of the main factors. The weight of the index is determined by expert consultation, and the standard cloud is determined by the index method. The evaluation results are obtained by the method of seeking the comprehensive cloud. Through an example, the effect of the application of cloud model in the comprehensive evaluation of the firefighting and rescue decision efficiency is better.
