摘要
为促进部队战斗力生成,准确评估导弹部队作战单元作战效能,建立导弹部队作战单元作战效能评估指标体系,针对评估指标类型多样、采集信息不完全以及作战任务中不确定性问题,融合历史经验、试验数据和专家知识,提出了一种基于证据推理算法的置信规则库推理(RIMER)的作战效能评估方法,并以某型导弹武器系统集成后的作战单元作为研究对象进行实例分析,结果表明,该方法可以作为作战效能评估的一种新方法,其评估结果更加符合实际,利于指挥决策人员分析,对于导弹部队完成作战任务有着重要意义。
In order to promote the formation of combat effectiveness and accurately evaluate the operational effectiveness of missile units,an evaluation index system of operational effectiveness of missile units is established firstly.Aiming at the problems of various types of evaluation indexes,incomplete information collection and uncertainty in operational tasks,historical experience,test data and expert knowledge are integrated.RIMER operational effectiveness evaluation method is proposed.An example is given to show that the method can be used as a new method for operational effectiveness evaluation.The evaluation results are more realistic and helpful for command and decision makers to analyze and finish.It is of great significance for missile troops to accomplish combat tasks.
