摘要
从飞行保障安全系统的整体与全局出发,构建飞行保障安全系统指标体系。考虑到系统底层子指标多数为定性指标,具有不确定性,将证据推理应用于飞行保障安全效能评估,建立基于证据推理的飞行保障安全效能评估模型,并以某场站为例进行实证分析。结果表明,该方法是正确、有效的,可为飞行保障安全效能评估提供依据。
Aiming at unitary and whole matter of aviation support safe system,index system of aviation support safe system is established.Considering the bottom sub fixed indexes of aviation support safe system are uncertain index,the mathematics model based on evidential reasoning method is established to evaluate the efficiency of aviation support safe system.A station example is used to prove the validity of the model.The result shows that the method is correct and efficient,and it can support aviation support safe efficiency evaluation with evidence.
