摘要
根据新时期新形势下灭火救援工作及消防指挥学科建设实际的需要,提出消防部队战斗力动态评估概念和具体评估思路、方法,具体分析消防部队战斗力评估系统所需要实现的目标,介绍了消防部队战斗力评估系统的设计构想以及各部分组成。
On the basis of the actual needs of fire-fighting rescue service and fire command subject building, this paper puts forward a concept and concrete evaluating method, the dynamic evaluating system on fire forces fighting capacity, under the new situation during the new period, and analyzes the required fulfilling goal. The introduction centers on the designing concept and the composition of every parts.
