摘要
结合我国新时期灭火救援工作的特点和规律,以科学发展观为统领,就如何正确认识和处理消防部队在灭火救援中履行职责与人民群众新期待、硬实力与软实力、内部与外部、训练与实战、重点突破与全面提升、工作发展与队伍建设的关系进行探讨,对提升消防部队灭火与应急救援能力提供指导和借鉴。
How to understand several relationships correctly were discussed based on the scientific developing conception and the characters of fire fighting and rescue. These relationships are between duty of fire force and expectation of people, hard strengthen and soft power, inside and outside, training and actual combat, key breakthrough and total improve, work development and team construction. This could be reference to improve the capability of fire fighting and rescue of fire force.
