摘要
对云南省近年来发生的公共突发事件进行了剖析,结合云南省消防部队实战和演练,对目前云南省消防部队参加突发公共事件应急救援处置中亟待解决的问题,从几个方面提出了具有针对性和指导性的对策。
Analyzed the situation of the Yunnan province and the recent public accident. In the view of actual combat and drill, the writers raised relevant and guiding countermeasures from several aspects in the problems of the emergency and rescue of the public accident which the fire army in Yunnan took part in.
