摘要
分析了消防救援应急联动通信系统在应对突发事件中的重要作用,论述了我国目前建设该系统要解决的问题和必要性。根据国外相关系统建设经验和我国国情,提出了我国消防救援应急联动通信系统智能化模式结构、基础平台、子系统。
Analyzes an important role of fire and rescue emergency integrated communications system in getting prepared against unexpected incident;expounds the problems to be solved in building this system at present in the Nation and necessity of its construction; puts forward intelligent mode structure,foundation platform,sub-systems and contents of the relative databases and applications software of the national fire and rescue emergency integrated communications system in accordance with foreign experience in building fire and rescue communications system and the national conditions of the Nation so as to provide it.
