摘要
面对复杂的消防安全形势和艰巨繁重的灭火救援任务,消防部队战胜了一个又一个困难,打赢了一场又一场硬仗。在灭火救援方面,消防官兵的答卷同样让党和人民满意。消防部队是应急管理部的重要职能部门,也是国家机关的重要组成部分。担负着消防保卫任务和应付突发事件双重职能,维护了人民的生命财产安全。战训工作能够提高队伍的整体作战能力,提高部队的灭火救援能力。文章通过战训工作中出现的问题,提出一些提高战训工作效率,提升灭火救援工作效率的措施。
In the face of the complex fire safety situation and arduous and arduous fire fighting and rescue tasks,the fire forces have overcome one difficulty after another and won one tough battle after another.In the aspect of fire fighting and rescue,the answers of fire officers and soldiers also satisfied the party and the people.The fire brigade is not only an important functional department of the Emergency Management Department,but also an important part of the state organs.It undertakes the dual functions of fire protection and dealing with emergencies,and maintains the safety of the lives and property of the people of our country.War training can improve the overall combat capability of the team and improve the fire fighting and rescue ability of the army.Through the problems in the work of war training,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of war training and the efficiency of fire fighting and rescue.
