摘要
在分析信息化条件下陆军作战部队战斗力构成要素,以及研究信息在战斗力生成中重要性的基础上,构建了评价陆军作战部队战斗力水平的二级评判指标体系.针对以往战斗力评判方法存在的不足,提出基于AHP法和模糊方法的评判模型,并给出了评价过程.最后对某陆军作战部队的战斗力水平进行实例分析,实证表明,方法克服了以往战斗力评价中主观因素影响大、定性与定量分析结合不够合理等问题,使战斗力评判更加科学.
Through analyzing the elements of army's combat effectiveness under conditions of information explosion,highlighting the important position of the information in the creation of combat effectiveness,this thesis build a two levels evaluation indicator system for combat effectiveness.In order to improve the drawbacks of previous methods,the thesis combines AHP and fuzzy mathematical model to conduct evaluation,and gives the whole evaluation process.Finally,through case study over the combat effectiveness of an army, the thesis obtains both qualitative and quantitative evaluation results.The empirical results show that the method proposed in this thesis can overcome previous problems,such as containing too many human factors on evaluation of combat effectiveness,unreasonable combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and make evaluation more scientific.
