摘要
针对消防队伍的灭火救援作战行动存在的模糊性和随机性,采用层次分析法(AHP)系统地对灭火救援作战行动效能进行评估。文章为深入研究消防队伍在灭火救援实际作战行动中效能发挥程度,首先阐明了层次分析法的基本步骤,再通过结合具体实例,建立了灭火救援作战效能指标体系,求解各级指标权重,最后得出评估结果,以期为消防队伍科学评估灭火作战行动提供理论依据。
In view of the ambiguity and randomness of firefighting and rescue operations, the effectiveness of firefighting and rescue operations is systematically evaluated by using hierarchical analysis(AHP). In this article,the basic steps of the hierarchical analysis method are firstly clarified, and then a system of firefighting and rescue combat effectiveness indicators is established by combining specific examples, solving the weights of indicators at all levels, and finally deriving the evaluation results in order to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific evaluation of firefighting and rescue operations by firefighting teams.
