摘要
多准则决策分析(MCDA)是一种系统的决策方法和思维,是运筹学的一个分支学科,其应用范围非常广泛。近几年,MCDA在药品评估、遴选和定价等药品管理领域的应用迅速增加。本文通过检索相关文献,对MCDA的方法学及其在国内外药品管理领域的应用进行综述,以期为药品管理领域的决策行为提供参考依据。
Multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) is a method of systematic decision and thinking,and is a branch of operation research, with wide application. In recent years, MCDA is used in drug management, such as drug evaluation, selection and pricing. By searching related literatures,the methodology of MCDA and its application in drug management field at home and abroad were reviewed, hoping to provide reference for decision behaviors in drug management.
