摘要
国有经济作为我国社会主义公有制的基本载体,具有“全民所有、全民共享”的本质属性,在实现共同富裕过程中肩负着本然使命。坚持党的领导、实力雄厚的国有经济是中国特色社会主义的坚实物质基础和独特的显著优势,在推进共同富裕过程中具有重要的引领示范作用。国有经济要正确处理发展与分配、效率与公平两对基本矛盾,在坚持高质量发展和市场化经营的过程中推进共同富裕。本文从问题导向出发,具体论述了国有经济在推进城乡区域协调发展、缩小收入分配差距和丰富人民精神生活的共同富裕过程中发挥引领示范作用的着力点。
As the basic carrier of China's socialist public ownership,the state-owned economy has the essential attribute of"owned by the whole people and shared by the whole people",and it shoulders the natural mission in the process of realizing common prosperity.The state-owned economy,which is adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and has strong strength,is the solid material foundation and unique and remarkable advantage of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,and plays an important leading and exemplary role in promoting common prosperity.The state-owned economy should correctly handle the two basic contradictions of development and distribution,efficiency and fairness,and promote common prosperity in the process of adhering to high-quality development and market-oriented operation.Starting from the problem-orientation,this paper specifically discusses the key points that the state-owned economy plays a leading and exemplary role in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,narrowing the income distribution gap and promoting the common prosperity of people's spiritual life.
