摘要
促进生态保护和经济高质量协同发展是实现区域可持续发展的基础。本文基于2008-2019年中原城市群数据,测算生态保护和经济高质量协同发展程度,构建空间杜宾模型深入分析产业结构高级化、金融发展等因素对生态保护和经济高质量协同发展的影响。研究结果表明:产业结构高级化、金融发展、科技创新、环境规制、外商投资对生态保护和经济高质量协同发展影响显著,科技创新、人力资本对生态保护和经济高质量协同发展具有空间溢出效应。建议发挥产业结构升级、科技创新、人力资本的基础性作用,发挥金融和环境规制的引领示范作用,促进生态保护和经济高质量协同发展。
Promoting ecological protection and high-quality coordinated economic development is the basis for achieving regional sustainable development. Based on the data of Central Plains urban agglomeration from 2008 to 2019, this paper calculates the degree of high-quality coordinated development of ecological protection and economy, and constructs a spatial Dubin model to analyze the impact of industrial structure upgrading, financial development and other factors on the high-quality coordinated development of ecological protection and economy. The research results show that the upgrading of industrial structure, financial development, scientific and technological innovation, environmental regulation and foreign investment have a significant impact on ecological protection and high-quality coordinated development of economy, and technological innovation and human capital have a spatial spillover effect on ecological protection and high-quality coordinated development of economy. It is suggested to give play to the fundamental role of industrial structure upgrading,scientific and technological innovation, and human capital, as well as the leading and exemplary role of financial and environmental regulation,and promote the high-quality coordinated development of ecological protection and economy.
