摘要
20世纪90年代以来,数字经济迅猛发展,新业态新模式不断出现。数字技术已经成为世界经济增长的强力引擎,成为促进世界经济发展的新动能。我国抓住数字经济发展的历史机遇,加快网络和数字基础设施建设,推动数字经济增长,同时推动实体经济稳步提升,在许多领域实现跨越式发展。开封是中原城市群的一座重要城市,发展数字经济既存在优势也存在劣势,既面临机遇也面临挑战。应结合开封实际,推进数字产业化、产业数字化、治理数字化、数据价值化,进而推动开封市数字经济健康发展,实现开封市经济社会发展目标。
Since the 1990s,digital economy has become a new driving force of world economic development.Benefiting from the historical opportunity of the development of digital economy,China has achieved leapfrog development in many fields.At present,the rapid development of China’s network construction,the large-scale construction of digital infrastructure,the digital economy to promote the development of new business forms and new modes of competition,and then promote the steady upgrading of the real economy,the steady growth of the economy as a powerful engine.In order to make clear the way for Kaifeng to further develop the digital economy,this paper introduces the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development of Kaifeng’s digital economy by using SWOT analysis and combining with the reality of Kaifeng,from the new four modernization“digital industrialization”,“industrial digitization”,“digital governance”,“data value”four aspects of an all-round analysis,so as to achieve effective development of digital economy.
