虾青素对鲈鱼生长性能、抗氧化及非特异性免疫能力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验旨在研究不同水平虾青素对鲈鱼生长性能、血清抗氧化和非特异性免疫指标的影响。选择健康、体重相近的鲈鱼480尾,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20尾鲈鱼。对照组鲈鱼投喂基础饵料,各试验组分别在鲈鱼基础饵料中添加50、100、150 mg/kg虾青素。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,100 mg/kg组和150 mg/kg组鲈鱼末重和存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。150 mg/kg组鲈鱼增重率和特定生长率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),所有试验组鲈鱼的饵料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg组和150 mg/kg组鲈鱼粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。所有试验组鲈鱼血清中总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。150 mg/kg组鲈鱼血清中溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组鲈鱼补体C3含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饵料中添加虾青素可改善鲈鱼的生长性能、抗氧化功能与免疫能力,建议在鲈鱼饵料中添加150 mg/kg虾青素。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different levels of astaxanthin on growth performance,serum antioxidant and non-specific immune indices of sea bass.A total of 480 healthy sea bass with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 20 sea bass in each replicate.The sea bass in control group were fed with basic diet,and the sea bass in experimental groups were fed with 50,100,150 mg/kg astaxanthin,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the final weight and survival rate of perch in 100 mg/kg group and 150 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The weight gain rate and specific growth rate of sea bass in the 150 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the feed coefficients of sea bass in all test groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The protein content of perch in 100 mg/kg group and 150 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity in serum of all test groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum malondialdehyde concentration in perch serum of all test groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Lysozyme activity in serum of sea bass in 150 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and complement C3 content in sea bass in each test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding astaxanthin to the diet can promote the performance of sea bass and improve the antioxidant and immune capabilities of sea bass,and it is recommended to add 150 mg/kg astaxanthin to diet of sea bass.
