不同胆固醇和虾青素水平对三疣梭子蟹生长、体组成及色泽的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Cholesterol and Astaxanthin Levels on the Growth Performance,Body Composition and Color of Portunus trituberculatus

摘要 采用2×2因子实验设计方法,以初始体质量为(40.21±2.25)g的三疣梭子蟹幼蟹为实验对象,使用添加不同虾青素(分别为0.00%与0.03%)和胆固醇(分别为0.00%与0.60%)水平的4组实验饲料(依次为D1-D4组)投喂8周,研究虾青素和胆固醇对三疣梭子蟹生长、体组成及色泽的影响。结果显示,D1组三疣梭子蟹的肝体比显著高于D2组(P<0.05),D3组肝体比低于D4组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲料处理对增重率、壳长、存活率等指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4个处理组之间三疣梭子蟹的水分含量、粗蛋白含量、脂肪含量、灰分水平均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。在色泽影响方面,D2组A、B、C和D各部位的a*值最高,且显著高于D1组(P<0.05),D2和D4组之间无显著差异。D1组各部位有最高的L*值,与D2组、D3组差异显著(P<0.05),D1组各部位之间L*值差异不显著(P>0.05)。四个处理组之间各部位b*值均无显著差异(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,饲料中添加虾青素能显著改善三疣梭子蟹色泽,除了肝体比,虾青素和胆固醇对其他指标的影响没有交互作用。 An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of different cholesterol and astaxanthin levels on growth performance,body composition and color of juvenile Portunus trituberculatus.Four diets(2×2)were formulated with two levels of cholesterol(0.00%,0.60%)and two levels of astaxanthin(0.00%,0.03%),and named D1,D2,D3 and D4,respectively.Each diet was fed to a group of juvenile P.trituberculatus(40.21±2.25)g with three replicates(15 crabs per replicate).Results of the experiment showed that the weight gain,shell length,and survival rate were not affected significantly by the different treatments(P>0.05).But,the hepatopancreas index(HSI)of the swimming crabs in D1 group was significantly higher than that in the D2 group(P<0.05),and which in D3 group was slightly lower than that in D4 group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the content of water,crude protein,crude fat and ash in the whole crab body among all treatments(P>0.05).The shell color test showed that the lightness(L^*)and redness(a^*)of the shell were significantly affected by astaxanthin supplementation(P<0.05),the a^*value of the A,B,C and D position in D2 group was the highest,and were significantly higher than that in group D1(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between D2 and D4 groups.Group D1 had the highest L^*value in all test parts,and there was a significant difference between group D2 and group D3(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in L^*value between different test parts of D1 group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in yellowness(b^*)values among different treatment groups(P>0.05).The results indicated that the addition of astaxanthin in the feed could significantly improve the color of P.trituberculatus,and there wasn’t a potential interaction between the astaxanthin and the cholesterol in the live body except HSI values.
