摘要
本实验测定了三疣梭子蟹抗溶藻弧菌感染品系和野生群体的形态特征,并分析了2个群体的16SrRNA和COⅠ序列特征。结果表明,抗溶藻弧菌感染品系的体重、第一侧齿间距和第二测齿间距形态比例参数显著小于野生蟹,其余比例参数间差异不显著。结果表明,抗溶藻弧菌感染品系在外形特征上与野生蟹有一定差别,但是,所有形态的差异系数都小于1.28,尚未达到亚种水平,该结果与16SrRNA和COⅠ分析结果一致。
In the present study, external characterization of Portunus trituberculatus resistant to Vibrio alginolyticus and the wild group were studied. The 16S rRNA and CO I sequence were also analyzed. The results showed that body weight, the first obital margin width and the second obital margin width of the resistant stock are significantly lower than that of the wild stock. Insignificant variation was found among the other detected parameters. This study indicated that the resistant stock is different from the wild stock only a little external characterization and the coefficients of difference were less than 1.28. The results suggested that resistant stock could not classified as subspecies, which could be supported by the anal- ysis of 16S rRNA and CO I sequence.
