摘要
目的引入教师标准化病人(Teacher standardized patient,TSP),论证TSP在技能培训及考核中的应用价值。方法选取成都市第一人民医院2017级中医住院医师规范化培训学员60名为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30名。研究组在日常培训及考核中均采用TSP,对照组采用传统方式进行培训及考核,最后通过考核成绩及调查问卷的比较2组的培训效果。结果研究组学员在推拿技能培训中的考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学员对教学模式的总体满意程度高于对照组。此外,研究组与对照组相比较,在对课程感兴趣、增加课堂活跃程度、提升医患沟通能力、提高临床实践能力4个方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TSP的教学方式可提高中医住培医师的临床实践能力。
Objective To explore the value of teacher standardized patient(TSP)in skills training and assessment.Methods 60 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)residents of one Grade-A Tertiary Hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group.The research group of 30 residents used TSP in daily skills training and assessment,while the control group of 30 residents took the traditional methods for training and assessment.Final results were compared through assessment results and questionnaire.Results Learners in research group obtained better grades and greater satisfaction regarding to teaching method than learners in control group(P<0.05).In addition,two groups were statistically significant in autonomous learning,class activity,communication with patients and clinical practice(P<0.05).Conclusion It is more effective to use TSP in promoting clinical skills of TCM residents and boosting teaching results.
