Many challenges still exist in the development of spinal surgery. The progress of spine surgery is closely related to the continuous innovation of internal fixation system,in which a large number of basic research work needs to be carried out by spine surgery graduate students. However, the existing spinal surgery graduate education system rarely involves the knowledge related to internal fixation innovation, which makes it difficult for some graduate students to face the above research. Therefore, how to improve graduate students'ability of innovative research on internal fixation system is one of the important topics in the field of spine surgery graduate education.Translational medicine is a fast channel between laboratory and hospital, which can effectively accelerate the process of internal fixation innovation and transformation. This study used internal fixation by method of problem-based learning(PBL)and apprentice, will live show boring translational medicine basic concept, help build concept of translational medicine spine graduate quickly, and improve its fixed innovation research ability,to cultivate interdisciplinary talents clinical and scientific research ability and lay a solid foundation.
