摘要
目的 分析门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的疗效及对血糖控制和母婴结局的影响。方法 选取60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据用药方案的不同分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组给予门冬胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血糖控制效果及母婴结局。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,不良母婴结局发生率3.33%低于对照组的20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2h PG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FPG、2h PG及HbA1c水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者可提升临床疗效,改善血糖效果及母婴结局,具有积极的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of insulin aspartate on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influence on blood glucose control and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different medication regimen,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received oral treatment with metfonnin and the study group received insulin aspartate.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose control effect and maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was 3.33%lower than that of the control group(20.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HbAlc,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2h PG and HbAlc in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspartate is used in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,which can improve the curative effect,blood glucose improvement effect and maternal and infant outcomes,and has positive clinical value.
