摘要
班主任在班级管理中发挥着重要的引导作用,开展立德树人背景下的班级管理策略研究,对于学生的学习和班主任工作质量的提升有着积极的影响。文章分析立德树人背景下高中班级管理的重要性,探究班级管理中存在的问题及原因,研究班主任班级管理工作的基本原则,提出立德树人背景下高中班主任开展班级管理的策略,旨在结合课堂教学和班级管理经验,总结班主任工作要点,为相关研究提供思路。
The head teacher plays an important guiding role in class management.The study of class management strategies under the background of moral education has a positive impact on students’learning and the improvement of the quality of the head teacher’s work.This article analyzes the importance of senior middle school class management under the background of cultivating morality and cultivating people,probes into the problems and causes in class management,studies the basic principles of class management of class teachers,and puts forward the strategies for senior middle school class teachers to carry out class management under the background of cultivating morality and cultivating people,aiming at combining classroom teaching and class management experience,summarizing the key points of class teachers’work,and providing ideas for relevant research.
