摘要
产教融合是职业教育的根本,高等职业院校为了更好地建设产业学院,应该以政府、行业协会、龙头企业、学校为引领,形成多方参与的产教深度融合命运共同体,创新多元化人才培养模式,共建产教融合实习实训基地,共同打造“双师型”师资队伍,研发高端证书和“岗课赛证”融通教材,加快建设科研创新平台,推进学生创新创业的孵化,共同促进高等职业教育高质量发展。
Production-education integration is the foundation of vocational education. In order to better build an industrial college, higher vocational colleges should take the government, industry associations, leading enterprises and schools as the guide, form a community of shared destiny for the deep production-education integration with multi-party participation, innovate a diversified talent training mode, jointly build a “double-qualified” teaching staff, develop high-end certificates and “post, course, competition and certificate” integrated teaching materials, accelerate the construction of scientific research and innovation platform, promote the incubation of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and jointly promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
