摘要
在国家产教融合政策的引导下,建设现代产业学院不仅符合数字经济背景下人才培养的新要求,也是高职院校创建“双高”院校的突破口。但在建设现代产业学院过程中,校企合作模式单一、体制建设不完善及责权不明确等问题仍然不容忽视。结合我校商科类专业特点和建设经验,规范现代商科类产业学院建设的体系设置;依托电子商务专业群,引企入教,打造电子商务产业链和教育链;营造面向现代产业需求的深度产教融合的人才培养机制;树立企业为先观念,积极促进校企双赢,以保障现代产业学院可持续发展。
Under the guidance of industry-education integration policy,the construction of modern industrial college can not only meet the new requirement of training high-quality talents under the background of digital economy,but is also critical for higher vocational college to develop“double high”college.However,in the process of building a modern industrial college,problems such as a single school-enterprise cooperation model,imperfect system construction,and unclear responsibilities and rights cannot be ignored.Combined with the characteristics and construction experience of our school’s business majors,standardize the system setup of modern industrial college in business;relying on e-commerce professional groups,introduce enterprises to schools and build e-commerce industry chain and education chain;create a talent training mechanism of production and education integration to face the need of modern industries;establish the concept of enterprise first,actively promote a win-win situation between enterprise and schools to ensure the sustainable development of modern industrial colleges.
