摘要
产业学院作为深化产教融合、校企合作的一种新型职业教育办学模式,顺应了产业需求和教育需要而快速发展。政行校企研多方主体参与的产业学院,具有资源整合、协同育人的突出优势,同时也面临着法律地位不明、运行机制不畅、企业积极性不高等现实困境。通过政策梳理、文献研究、实践调查厘定产业学院的内涵与特征,并在优势分析与困境反思的基础上,指出高职院校产业学院的优化策略和发展路径。
As a new type of vocational education mode to deepen the production-education integration and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,Industrial College is developing vigorously and deeply based on industrial needs,educational needs and policy guidance.The Industrial College,with the participation of multiple subjects from government,industry,school,enterprise and research institute,has the outstanding advantages of resource integration and collaborative education,but at the same time,it also faces the real difficulties of unclear legal status,poor operation mechanism and low enthusiasm of enterprises.Through policy sorting,literature research and practical investigation,the connotation and characteristics of industrial colleges are determined,and on the basis of advantage analysis and reflection on difficulties,the optimization strategy and development path for industrial colleges in higher vocational schools are pointed out.
