摘要
新商科与产教融合在优化人才培养的目标和过程中互为支撑,具有内在逻辑上的共同价值。面对新商科下产教融合促进人才培养质量提升中联结机制尚未形成、制度保障有待完善、资源体系仍不充分等问题和难点,要在总体原则和具体做法的不同层次形成相关对策,既要在顶层设计中形成“利益共享、责任共担”的利益联结机制,坚持“立足地方、面向区域、顺应时代”的特色方针,强化“顶层设计、统筹协调”的制度保障;也要实施以人才培养方案为抓手精准优化教学资源体系建设、以师资队伍建设为保障打造校企融合型的教学团队、以项目引领为先导大力提倡行业学院建设等多元的举措。
The new business and the integration of production and education support each other in the goal and process of optimizing talent training,and have the common value of internal logic.Facing the problems and difficulties in the process of promoting the quality of talent training through the integration of industry and education under the new business discipline,such as the shortage of the linkage mechanism,the improvement of the system guarantee,and the inadequacy of the resource system,it is necessary to take the relevant countermeasures at different levels of the overall principles and specific practices,forming the interest linkage mechanism of"sharing interests and responsibilities"in the top-level design,and adhering to the principle of"being based on local conditions and facing the region and adapting to the times".To strengthen the institutional guarantee of"top-level design and overall coordination",we should also implement diversified measures,such as taking the talent training program as the starting point,precisely optimizing the construction of teaching resource system,building a school enterprise integrated teaching team with the construction of teaching staff as the guarantee,and vigorously promoting the construction of industry colleges with project guidance as the guide.
