摘要
劳动之于幸福的重要价值在于劳动为人的幸福提供物质基础、丰富幸福的精神感受、拓展幸福维度、确证幸福实现方式。不同社会形态下劳动与幸福的关系不是一成不变的,是从相互分离、相互对立逐渐走向相互促进的过程。新时代劳动幸福的成立,在于新时代消除了人的依赖性,建立了自由、平等、和谐的社会关系,为劳动幸福奠定了社会条件;弱化了物的依赖性而强调按劳分配、多劳多得的分配原则,使劳动成果真正成为通向幸福的物质条件;倡导劳动精神和创造性劳动等理念,赋予劳动以崇高、神圣、奉献等精神价值,使自由自觉的劳动贡献成为社会认可的幸福要素;倡导“德智体美劳”五位一体全面发展,克服片面劳动的局限,使劳动幸福有了全面发展的支撑。
The important value of labor to felicity lies in the fact that labor can provide the material basis for people's felicity,enrich the spiritual feelings of felicity,expand the dimension of felicity,and confirm the way to achieve felicity.Under different social forms,the relationship between labor and felicity is not static.It is a process from separation and opposition to mutual promotion.The establishment of labor felicity in the new era lies in the elimination of human dependence and build the free,equal and harmonious social relations,laying the social conditions of labor felicity;It weakens the dependence of materials and emphasizes the distribution principle according to work and more pay for more work,so that the fruits of labor truly become the material conditions leading to felicity;Advocate the spirit of hard work and creative work to give labor lofty,sacred,dedication and other spiritual values,and make the free and conscious labor contribution become a socially recognized element of felicity;Advocate to nurture a new generation of capable young people with moral grounding,intellectual ability,physical vigor,aesthetic sensibility and work skills,overcome the limitations of one-sided labor,and make labor felicity have the support of all-round development.
