摘要
新时代以来,习近平总书记在不同场合围绕劳动的价值和意义进行了深刻阐述。党的二十大报告结合实践新要求,又从哲学高度上进行了一系列创造性阐发。从人类社会发展规律看,唯有劳动方能促进物的全面丰富和人的全面发展,持续推进中国式现代化;从个体需要的维度看,唯有劳动方能让人民获得物质财富、实现人生价值,享有幸福安康生活。面对人们在现实生活中对劳动价值认识不足的问题,习近平总书记还规划了提升劳动价值评价的实践方略:坚持以人民的利益为中心,激发人民首创精神;营造尊重劳动的环境,实现劳动者的体面劳动、全面发展;培养高素质人才,引导劳动者进行创造性劳动并树立为人民利益而奋斗的价值观。习近平总书记关于劳动价值的重要论述,是对党百年奋斗的历史经验的科学总结,也是实现中国式现代化和创造人类文明新形态的价值引航。
Since the beginning of the New Era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made profound statements on the value and significance of labor on various occasions.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Party has made a series of creative interpretations from a philosophical perspective,taking into account the new requirements of practice.From the perspective of the law of human social development,only labor can promote the all-round enrichment of things and the all-round development of people,and continue to promote Chinese modernization;from the perspective of individual needs,only labor can enable people to acquire material wealth,realize the value of life,and enjoy a happy and healthy life.Faced with the problem of people’s lack of understanding of the value of labor in real life,General Secretary Xi Jinping has also planned a practical strategy to enhance the evaluation of the value of labor:insisting on the people’s interests as the center,stimulating the people’s spirit of taking initiatives;creating an environment that respects labor,achieving decent labor and comprehensive development for workers;cultivating high-quality talents,guiding workers to engage in creative labor and establishing the value of striving for the people.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on the value of labor is a scientific summary of the Party’s historical experience of a century of struggle,and a value guide for achieving Chinese-style modernization and creating the new model for human advancement.
