摘要
劳动的属人性与非属人性是指劳动内在地包含着相互冲突、相互削减的两极力量。具体来讲,劳动既有促进人以人的方式存在的一面,也有将人变成以非人的方式存在的一面,是属人性与非属人性的并存和统一体。作为一种客观存在的现象,劳动是人的感性的对象性活动,能够在一定程度上肯定人的本质。这使得在劳动过程中劳动的属人性得到展现。但同时,劳动的非属人性也会在劳动中展现出来。于是,劳动的属人性和非属人性之间就会呈现出此消彼长的矛盾运动关系。二者之间的矛盾运动形成一种推动人朝着自由而全面发展的方向发展。新时代劳动教育就是要引导学生在劳动中秉持劳动精神,提高独立思考能力,增强劳动创造力,超越物性和动物性,消解非属人性,以人的方式存在,获得属人的幸福。
Making a person human and non-human are two contradictory and mutually diminishing forces related to the hard-working spirit.Specifically speaking,hard-working not only promotes human beings to exist in a human way,it is also a side that makes people exist in an non-human way.It is the coexistence and unity of human nature and non-human nature.This is because,as an objective phenomenon,hard-working is a perceptual objective activity of human beings,which can affirm the essence of human beings to a certain extent.This enables a human person to be demonstrated in the process of hard-working.But at the same time,a person will also be shown as nonhuman in hard-working,so that there will be a contradictory movement relationship between the human person and the non-human person in labor.The contradictory movement between the two forms a movement that pushes one towards the direction of free and comprehensive development.education on the hard-working spirit in the new era is to guide students to uphold the spirit of hard-working in labor,improve the ability to think independently,enhance labor creativity,transcend physical and animal nature,and eliminate non-human nature,towards being more human and achieving human felicity.
