摘要
涉河建设项目管理是河道管理中的重要环节,是水法赋予水利部门的一项重要职责。针对张家港市涉河建设项目全过程管理的有益探索进行了提炼总结,分析了涉河建设项目管理存在问题与不足,并从河道网格化管理、第三方队伍建设、业务培训、宣传引导等方面提出了相关建议与对策。
The management of river-related construction projects is an important aspect of river management and a key responsibility entrusted to the water department by the Water Law. This article summarizes the valuable exploration of the whole process management of river-related construction projects in Zhangjiagang City and analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings. Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed in terms of river course grid management, third-party team building, business training, and publicity and guidance.
